As our motto is to Deliver Quality Science on Time to our clients, we have implemented our internal Quality Management System (QMS) in April 2018.

After successful auditing of our system, we have now been certified as an ISO 9001:2015 company as of 29 November 2018. The ISO auditing body QMS International (Citation Group) has recently audited us and extended our ISO 9001:2015 Certificate (no: 303672018) until 28 November 2026.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) has been prepared with a principle to cGMP and ICH Q10.

We endeavor to have a simple system that is continuously adapting and improving. All changes at M2M Pharma are controlled by change control.

We have SOPs and Forms covering Management’s roles and responsibilities, Operations, Auditing, Training, Health, and Safety.

At M2M, Operations mean Quotations to Archiving and we have control over each activity in this journey.

All our instruments are regularly calibrated and documented.

For example, solution calorimeters are calibrated quarterly, perfusion calorimeter and DVS are calibrated every six months, XRPD, DSC, TGA, and BET-SSA are calibrated monthly, microbalances being calibrated prior to usage.

Instrumentation and Maintenance:

We also monitor laboratory temperature, humidity, fridge and freezer on a daily basis.

All our instruments have ID & label, instrument user logbook, maintenance logbook, calibration and validation folder, instrument master logbook with a schedule for calibration and validation, risk assessments, etc. as part of our routine exercise.

As part of our full service to you, clients are always welcome to conduct audits of our quality systems so you can see for yourselves just how our quality system works for your project.

All measures are enforced to ensure that your data is protected. We do not share your data with anyone, and your data will never be sold. Our clients have full control over what we do with their data and, upon request, their PII can be deleted from our database. We will also not contact anyone by any method without receiving their consent.

How we protect your data:

We only use recognised, industry-leading hosting partners, and market-leading suppliers for services such as email, CRM, and in the production of our industry surveys that provide you with critical marketplace insights. And when we use consulting partners to support any changes to our business, we ensure their contractual commitments include compliance with applicable data laws, and that they maintain the safety and privacy of any data they may access.
